外国人登録 Alien Registration
外国人登録をするのは About Alien Registration
外国人登録証明書は日本に在住する外国人の方々の身分証明書といえるものです。日本に入国し90日以上滞在する場合、また日本で子どもが生まれた場合は、外国人登録をしなければなりません。
また外国人登録証明書は常に携帯することが義務付けられています。
なお外国人登録の手続きは、市役所本庁舎、上河内地域自治センター、河内地域自治センター、バンバ出張所で取り扱います。地区市民センター・出張所（バンバは除く）では、登録原票記載事項証明書の交付のみ取り扱います。

A certificate of alien registration (gaikokujin toroku shomeisho) is a personal identification card for foreign residents who live in Japan. You must complete alien registration procedures if you plan to stay in Japan for 90 days or longer, or if you give birth to a child in Japan.
In addition, you are required by law to carry the certificate of alien registration with you at all times. Alien registration procedures can be completed at the City Office, Kamikawachi Residents Association Center, Kawachi Residents Association Center and Banba Branch Office.
Local residents centers and branch offices (excluding Banba Branch Office) can only issue certificates of registered items in the foreign resident registry.

* On occasion, certificates of registered items in the foreign resident registry will not be issued on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays and after 5:15 p.m. on weekdays.
